Mish'un, Blade of Tyrants vs Bile-Stained Crawg Tusks

Hey. Playing as Outlaw and i might have a silly question but here it goes.
Went mythic nyalotha and Mish’un, Blade of Tyrants dropped. I simed it to see how much better it was than my 460 Bile-Stained Crawg Tusks and it says that its 1600dps worse than Bile-Stained Crawg Tusks.

Is that right? Is the tusks that OP?

As Outlaw you should really be aiming to use Unguent Caress for both weapon slots, but without those, yes the Tusks are pretty good; so is the Junkyard version, Salvaged Incendiary Tool
