Not true. I actually got a blue response in a day last month. (Now need to get the achieve on IoT!)
Not a priority though. Apparently I’m supposed to report my own post, but since the new forum doesn’t allow comments on reports, and I’m leery of all its automated metrics, I don’t feel motivated to.
