On the first day of the promotion I looted the Rumble Coin from The Roasted Ram and used it to get Rumble Prize Box, but couldnt use box. I deleted the box cause I thought it was bugged. Then I got the Q in the mail and accepted the mail. Now I cant loot the Rumble Coin in The Roasted Ram to get a new Rumble Prize Box to get the last toy I need. I already have the 2 Foils I need but I need the last Rumble Prize Box to be able to get the last toy. I tried Item Restoration but cant see it there. I made a ticket but they told me to make a bug report here.
I have the same issue I have a duplicate of [Warcraft Rumble Toy: Murloc] and missing [Warcraft Rumble Toy: Sneed]. Won’t be able to get my last toy unless I get sent or granted a [Rumble Coin], I have collected the 7 coins from all the locations.

I have somewhat same problem. I looted one coin before reactivating my sub (didn’t think much of it rly) and when I have activated my sub, went on my low lvl lock to get toy from it, the coin was gone. I couldn’t even restore item, it’s like I never looted it. Except I did and even running the wowhead script shows that.
GMs did try to help to their best knowledge, but nothing really changed, from Rumble machine I get only Foils. There is no price box or coin anywhere to be found.

We currently have no known bug for the any missing coin or Rumble toy.
So far, the different players who reported this have made some sort of mistake, or already resolved their issue. For example, the OP already has all 7 Toys. Some other players used a low level character to exchange a Coin, received a Rumble Prize Box, and then deleted said character without using the box for some reason.
I would encourage you all to double check that you have obtained all 7 Coins from the different quests, using a guide on Wowhead or another website of your choice. Check all of your characters manually, check their inventory, and check for characters you may have deleted. 
We also have yet to verify any character with a duplicate toy (i.e. you already have the Toy in your Collection, received a second Toy / Item of the same name, and you currently have it in your bags). If you believe that you have a duplicate toy, please provide the precise name and realm on which you have the Toy.
The easiest way to identify if you’ve missed something is to run these two scripts in game

I did, same as actually flying there with fresh character (as recommended by GM) and I did collect them all. It’s just that after my sub was re-activated, both coin and foil on my lock have vanished, I managed to get back only foils, which doesn’t mean anything without the coin/toy.
I’m not quite sure you read what I have typed? How can this be a me issue if I managed to gotten the same item twice? I can’t obtain the last toy because I had a duplicate of another toy, this has been bug reported ingame, I have made a ticket, typed on multiple forum post, others have the same issue …
The toys should have been Unique, then this problem would have never happened in the first place …

Hi, I also made this mistake the box I couldn’t use so I deleted it thinking it was bugged and now I don’t know how I can get the Rumble Prize Box or Rumble Coin again. I also looked at the item restoration page, but unfortunately this item could not be returned, is there any way to get it back? I would really like to complete this achievement.

As I reported in-game, I collected all coins, but the first one was collected while I had not been subbed to game. After re-activating my sub, said coin from this character was gone (Noirechrona-Magtheridon). All toys I have in collection were done from Raaza-Hellfire and so I wanted to send the last coin from Noire to Raaza when I was done with OG. That is when I have discovered said Coin to be missing, and my first thought was item restoration. But sadly, nothing was there to restore, regarding Rumble. That is why I contacted GM in game and I did get advice to try to fly around and follow wowhead again, try the scripts and so I did. After writing back and forth, the last GM regarded me to forum, as they can not do anything about it.
So now I’m here and I can provide only these ss ( htt ps://kathise.imgur.com/all/?third_party=1 ), as I can not find toy or coin lying anywhere on my characters (banks or bags)

Hello everyone,
I logged in my Horde character in order to get the last Maiev Rumble toy but unfortunately I got again the Tauren’s one which I already got on my main alliance character. Now I am stuck and GM told me to report the bug, as they can’t do anything for me. Did you encounter the same problem ?

I am having the same problem. They said they fixed it but the only thing that the machine offers me is to turn in the coins which I don’t have!
Please help as I want the toys upgraded and achievements completed!

I have a similar issue, with 6 miniatures and a duplicate. I’ve had a very long discussion with Customer Support regarding this and have also reported it as a bug a couple of times.
Still no fix and no support.
Because i deleted the dupe, i deleted it before any sort of fix was even made possible but the screenshot shown earlier shows i had it as a dupe.
Quick update to confirm that we’re currently investigating 2 issues:
- Some players can lose a Box / Coin / Toy if they deleted a low level character without using them
- Some players received a duplicate toy
We unfortunately do not have any solution for the time being. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you everyone for participating so far.
