Did you delete any of the characters?

If this does not help, please do open a ticket and provide as many details as possible, such as character names, their servers, their race / class / level, etc.

Thank you, I have tried opening a ticket and when I get to contact I get an error screen saying:
Something went wrong on our end
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.
This happens on two separate devices
This would usually be a browser issue.
Could you try to delete your cache / cookies, or use a different browser please? If the issue persists, please make sure that you’re not using a VPN, that your security programs aren’t blocking something, etc.
