Missing Diablo 4 wow items for pre order(steam)

Hey,

I pre ordered the Diablo expansion on Steam.I own Vessel of Hatred on Bnet and Steam. I decided to go with the pre order on steam So it’s easier for me to play from my Steam deck etc.

It says the housing Decor items are an Instant unlock. I’ve downloaded Diablo on Steam and I’m playing the Paladin Class but my Housing Decor items aren’t showing on Wow. Am I missing something?

Same here (No items in WoW) but I have battle.net preorder.

Same here but with battle.net order.. checked all my chars to unlock it or to check for mail but nothing. Logged into diablo to see if that unlocked it, but nothing. My order is set as completed, so no idea. Been hours since it completed my order..

same here bnet order nothing yet

I pre-ordered on battle net, got all my items in Diablo, but nothing in-game, and a GM just replied to my ticket “you already have them”…. but they are not there.

These aren’t implemented just yet, but should should go out later today, so keep an eye out!

Got the stuff now! I guess the others have too.

Still nothing. I see items only in global loot list. Not in having them.

Still no items anywhere in journal bags or mail. Even creating new character in D4 didn’t help.
