Missing Duelist Title & Dreadflame Illusion - BFA Season 4

Hello everyone,

I’d like to share an issue I’ve been facing regarding missing PvP rewards from Battle for Azeroth Season 4, and I hope someone from the community or Blizzard staff can shed some light on it.

During BFA Season 4, I reached a 2v2 arena rating of 2118 on my character Gaioh – Frostwolf. As far as I know, this rating should qualify for the Duelist title (starting at 2100) and the Dreadflame illusion. However, I never received the title, the illusion, or the achievement.

I’ve submitted several tickets to the support team and reported it in-game via the bug report tool, but the only responses I received stated that rewards can no longer be granted or manually reviewed for past seasons. I understand this may be Blizzard’s policy, but I am sure I met the requirements, and the rating was not decayed before the season ended.

This reward means a lot to me, and I’d appreciate if this could be looked into again – or at the very least acknowledged as a potential issue. I know it’s been a long time, but this is about fairness and recognition for effort during competitive content.

If anyone else experienced something similar from BFA seasons, feel free to share. I’d appreciate any visibility this post can get.

If you open a ticket, you will most likely get an automated response saying they can’t do anything. They will also tell you that you need to submit a bug which will also contribute to nothing. I am still missing my duelist achievement from Dragonflight.
PS I quoted numerous times sources where people had same issues and after a few times some GM reviewed and granted them their missing rewards.

You got your 2000 achievement in 2v2 at 2020-10-23. BFA season 4 however endet at 2020-10-13 which means you got your rating after the season has ended. You still get achievements like 2000 rating but the seasonal achievements including their rewards are locked once the season ends.
I’m sorry to say this but unless your achievement date is incorrect as well, it looks like you’re ineligible for these rewards.

I’m missing the achievement for rival from season 1 of DF, got the elite set mog but not the achievement when I hit 1800, lol.
