Trying to complete the Lunar Festival Achivement and seems a few Elders either moved location or just isnt showing up at all. Bluewolf for one. Runetotem isnt showing for me either, whole place is just void of NPCs.
Your faction needs to control Wintergrasp for Bluewolf.
For Runetoem you probably need to complete the quest line for Battle for Undercity from Dragonblight as it sounds like Durotar is phased for you (and I think it happens as a part of the quest line even for Alliance).
Elder Bellowrage also missing from the Blasted lands ( havent made the BFA storyline so maybe that s why ,which is stupid ,for an achiv I gotta play whole story now ? Wtf?
Have you tried talking to Zidormi in Blasted Lands to set the zone to the old timeline. Elder Bellowrage is only available in the old timeline.

See? This is something I ve missed ,can I still do it like?or I need to wait for the next Lunar ,I just want the achiv

i have spoken to Zidormi and nor the present nor the past time i just can’t see sh*t elder at the portal, he just… isn’t there and i don’t know what to do…
