I am unable to find the enchant ring - stats enchant.
Normally its sold by the Lower city QM but he doesnt offer it..
Anyone any idea what’s up?
It was until rather late in the expansions sold from the Hyal rep vendor, and wont be in the game untill hyal comes out just like last tbc around.
