Missing Evoker Ability, Can't access Adventure guide

I seem to have encountered quite a rare issue. I am missing My Visage Form ability on my Evoker and I can’t access the Adventure guide either, and I am level 57.

For the issue with the adventure guide, I have the same message when I hover with the cursor above the icon as before you unlock it with a new character: “This feature is not yet available.” in red text.
When I run dungeons, the clickable boss icons are missing. The only thing there, are the OG scull icons from classic indicating the boss rooms. Currently, the only way to access the Adventure guide is by clicking on the portal icons on the wold map indicating the instance entrances.
I have looked at my other characters and everyone has it, even those I created after this one.

I am new to evoker, so I am unsure if I am missing any other abilities, but that is the only one I have found so far.
The only reasonable conclusion I have managed to come to is that I somehow managed to activate the Soar ability when doing the welcome to Stormwind quest and flew halfway through the city during Wrathions monologue before noticing I was supposed to stay and listen. Therefore, somehow maybe I bugged the quest, resulting in me not getting the reward I was supposed to get?
If this is true, this might be connected to me not unlocking the adventure guide as well. On the other hand, I managed to complete the quest and have been levelling in outland since I left dragon isles. So in that case, I should not have been able to continue questing.

I have tried to submit a ticket, but I only get automated messages back telling me to contact my internet provider as well as some other useless things and then having my ticket resolved, so that is of no help.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or maybe know how to solve this issue?

You need to go speak to Wrathion/Ebyssian in Stormwind/Orgrimmar to unlock visage form and talents. Wrathion is at the left side of the throne room in Stormwind. Ebyssian is on the platform where the Cataclysm portals and Deathwing’s scale are in Orgrimmar.

Made sure I had not missed anything so I went back to Stormwind to look but Wrathion is standing by the ledge in the room to the left of the throne room, where he gives the dragonisles starter quest.

I guess my next course of action is to open wowhead and find that quest’s id and type the chat command to see if i have completed it.

On the other hand I must have completed it since I have access to talents and am able to quest in outland.

I had apparently not completed the full dracthyr storyline…

How do you find out how far you are through a quest?, Im having the same issue with my Evoker, I had a character boost to level 60 (not sure why) but I decided to create a new Dracthyr and boost him to level 60, I don’t have access to my talent tree tab only spell book and I couldn’t start the awaken Dracthyr quest (assume because it’s instanced) so I created another Dracthyr on another realm and went through the race story quest and met up with wrathion in stormwind and got my visage. I swapped back onto my original level 60 Evoker, I now have the adventure guide but don’t have the talent tree tab only spellbook so I can’t select my specialisation (I did select augmentation on my level 10 alt Evoker) I’m wondering if it’s because I haven’t completed some part of the race story quest ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated
