Missing Fangs of the Father transmog

I earned the Fangs of the Father many years ago and on returning to the game, with the Feat of Strength in my log but no daggers, I haven’t received the transmog for these items.

On my main Hunter, I didn’t have Lokdelar / Rhokdelar in my inventory and still received the transmog, based on the achievement being present.

Is there any way I can have the Fangs of the Father transmog added seeing as I have the appropriate feat of strength proving I earned them back in the day?

The transmog is missing if you check your collection while on the exact same Rogue who earned them?

Yes it’s still missing even on the Rogue.
