After logging in today I proceeded to buy 2 gilded augmentation matrixes I send my first order to my alt and then log off, then I remember to send the send my second order so i log back in, only to find my second matrix gone. After checking in the US forums I also find out that all my Artisan’s acuity is gone. The bot on the ticket answering system thinks that I have deleted those items.

We have had a few other reports of this, though from initial findings it appears to be a display issue only and most cases appear to be either confusion or can be resolved by disabling all addons followed by a relog.
That said, we continue to monitor reports and if we do find something out of order, we’ll be sure to pass it along!

No worries, there are dozens of reports in the US forums as well. Creating tickets — surprise, surprise — hasn’t done anything useful at Blizzard for a long time. It’s always the “evil” addons that get blamed. Even with all addons disabled, the items are still missing. If it were just a display issue, you’d still be able to use the item during crafting, for example. You can safely assume that the items which disappeared are simply gone. If you’re hoping for help from Blizzard, you’re going to be bitterly disappointed.

Reminds me of the whole guild bank fiasco where support staff replied to a random guy in the topic how on their side they see the inventory populated with items, but when asked to name a few of those items considered missing we got no further update.
Some US users are reporting refunds so lets see how that goes.
Hey Blizzard, what this discrimination? The US server had their stuff restored, where is ours?
After the world/login server outage last night I’ve lost all my acuity on my mage, and several alts that I had played last night, this is the second time this has happened to my account and no response from blizzard other than its addons “hiding it” , despite loging in on a fresh install it never came back, and support responses just ghosted after I tried that.
