Hello!
I have just been trying out the new levelling system and levelled a character through Burning Crusade using Chromie and at level 45 I decided to try heading into BFA to get started on my end game progression (mostly the Heart of Azeroth)
However, when I got to Stormwind, there was no pop up quest or direction to start this; only a quest next to the notice board that sent me to Anduin. This chain took me to Boralus and got me started on the intro quests, outpost selections etc… I can now begin levelling through BFA content, starting Drustvar and setting up the outpost in Vol’dun… but I still have no Heart of Azeroth??
I tried to manually go to Silithus to see Magni to try and force the chain but I could only access old silithus; then I realised I was still in “chromie time” and had done the BFA intro quests in this timeline as well… After changing that to present time, there was still no quest pop ups, even after a relog, and I had no luck in Silithus with Magni either…
Im now sitting in Boralus very confused and trying to figure out if this is how it has always been and I’m just being simple or if I have actually skipped the heart intro and I’ve broken my character…
Is this a known issue? Can it be fixed? Does anyone have any advice at all?!

Similar issue to you myself atm.
Instead of starting early, I got to 50 without touching BFA content at all. At level 50, the only breadcrumb I was given was by Magni to get my level 1 HoA, after which he booted me from the chamber and that was that.
I can’t start the War Campaign, any of the BFA story or the Cloak chain. I literally have a level 1 Heart and nothing else haha.
Seems like Anduin being replaced in prepatch has broken a lot of the Alliance questing experience, guess we just have to wait until he gets reinstated.
I could pick up a quest from an NPC beside the notice board next to the Auction House that sent me to Anduin and started my BFA content.
Have you tried that?
Nothing from NPCs near either notice board. Nothing from the notice boards themselves. Nothing at the docks, throne room, or in Boralus.
Magni won’t even let me back into the Heart Chamber, and at level 50 you can’t interact with Chromie. =P
i have the same problem. hit 50, got dying world quest, completed quest, completed WQ quest, and now i dont see anyother quest, nor can enter chamber of hearth
Ok so I have levelled through to 50 and was given the quest to get the Heart of Azeroth and everything “seems” to be fine…
Even though this may be intended, it feels very odd and doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.
I hope those who are experiencing the other issues mentioned get them sorted!
