Missing icon glow on precise shot effect

So ever since War Within prepatch the precise shot buff no longer causes the relevant skills to light up on the action bar.
Was sorta expecting this to be fixed in 11.0.5, but apparently this was too much…?

So when is this going to be fixed exactly?
