I rolled on an item in a normal raid yesterday and after all other loot was distributed my loot wasnt given to me, it also did not show up in the mail after the raid and ive logged off and closed everything for a couple of hours, came back and still not received it. I asked people in the raid and atleast two other people checked the loot rolls and stated i was the only person to roll on the loot but never won it. it continued to show up as “tie” even after we finished fighting other bosses. I have a screenshot of my alt showing it was the only roll on the item. A GM told me to post here after i opened a ticket
