There seems to be a bug that causes some items to disappear when canceling items on AH.
Yesterday i cancelled an item and got the error message “Internal auction error” This item never showed up in my mailbox after. I have seen other people have this exact problem on reddit, but no one have manage to resolve it.
I have tried item restoration, but the items does not appear there.
I also created a ticket but it got auto closed due to long response time (EU86121369)
Just had this bug too. Cancelled an auction because I wanted to relist it, game froze, then the item was just gone when I logged back in. Nothing on the AH, nothing in the mail.
The same just happened to me with a few draconium ores, wanted to cancel to relist them, got the “Internal auction error”, and the ores vanished, although if I browse the auction house for them, they seem to still be there on sale. Currently waiting to see if they show up on the mail later.
Happened to me aswell. Cancelled a darkmoon deck thats worth 500k and never got it back. No mail. Also searched everywhere else. Opened a ticket but it got auto solved and archived. Cant reopen it again…
Same here, i lost 400k worth of items after cancelling auctions !
I wrote a ticked and got the response that they know this is happening but that i should write on the forum instead and they cant help me directly lol
i lost darkmoon deck too and sent a ticked but it got auto solved. Tried everything to get it back but no luck.
Same here but with Mecha Mogul MKII.
I was “disconnected” i.e i could run around and see people, but took no fall dmg, could only chat in whispers. Couldnt log out had to alt+f4, then couldnt log back in because “a character with that name already exists” after 30 minutes it worked, but no item. Seems massive server issues rn.
Same stuff like @Fresh happend to me but with Ace of Earth worth 300k that is selling like crazy… and even if i get it back in 1 week it will be worth like 10k…
Same same, lost a 320k item today, cant recieve it via mail, neither its shown within the ah.
Ticked resolved because they sent me automatic response with links to nonexistant threat and to wowhead… it’s a joke…
Same problem here for Vial of the sands , my request “resolved” with an automatic response with links etc… without the items back in my mail/bags … (so it’s not resolved )
Hi there, ive made a post on reddit about this isseu, i have shadowplayed exactly what happens if the bug occurs, if a blue wants me to upload it to youtube to investigate let me know, i have lost close to 3million gold in total due to this bug, it’s so random, one moment the action house works the next i try to cancel or hell my last loss was for listing 2400 items, 400 got posted the rest got deleted from exsistance… hope this gets resolved asap and this gets alot of attention, my ticket is still open, but the hours are going up, and by the time it get looked at, if by a miracle i get it all back, the value will have dropped significant and i will prolly lose out on million gold due to this bug… (EU86123331) ticket number
I hope they will take a look at it because getting an automatic answer with literaly no help in it , or even not giving back the item(s) we lost is kinda bad

Got dced while canceling an auction. Character locked with an “A Character With That Name Already Exists” error.
Then “Internal auction error” while trying to again cancel that auction.
Auction dissapeared, no mail with an item.
Ticket auto resolved with some dead links and no help at all.
