Hello and Happy New Year! I have a problem with items, I have a lot of Fears of Straight Achievements (like Shadowmourne, Thunderfury, Thori’dal, Sulfuras, Blades of Azzinoth, and ect.) but don’t have rewards for that achievements in my game gear, titles and mounts collection, before starting forum topic I created in-game ticket and GM told me that I need to do forum ticked for help cos he can’t help me.
If you are implying that you have earned some of the legendaries in the past but cannot use them as transmogs because you have deleted said items, you could try visiting the Ethereals (guys in bandages) in SW/ORG. There should a npc with new dialog allowing you to reobtain lost items.
Obviously it shouldn’t allow you to do so any other character than the one that had acquired a specific item.
Thanks, but unfortunately this not help, even GM told me that I should create topic here, so devs can help me with that issue.
Here is example, I earned Pandaria Gold Challenge Dungeon at my characters, but none of them not allowed to buy gear after that challenge…
I believe wowhead comments for specific achievements might be more helpful as people are constantly adding information about changes or new problems.
Already checked, this is really bug, not some game changes. I have Achievements which must allowed me to buy special set from Pandaria, but vendor which sell that sets tell me that this is item is lock. That’s one reason why I created in-game ticked and GM tell me to come here and make topic with that problem.
Edit: the following is specificially about the Pandaria challenge mode transmogs.
The items are locked to the character that gained the achievement, it’s not account wide. You got an item for your class transmog after finishing the gold challenge and you can re-buy this one transmog set item for your character that got the achievement.
Other characters on the account will not be able to buy the items, only the character that completed the achievement in the same way that only the character that completed the gold challenge dungeon gets the dungeon teleport, not every character on your account.
Source: my main has all Pandaria gold challenge dungeons and the transmogs. All my other characters of the same class have access to this one specific transmog. None of them have access to the teleports.
I think it was big news back then that silver challenge reward phoenix mounts became account wide. Those used to be locked to the challenge winner and you could only pick one.

If you look at discussions on reddit and Blizzard forums, people acknowledge that the achievement transmogs can’t be bought by characters that didn’t earn the achievement. This is not limited to you, it’s how the game works at the moment. If you want that to change, you can submit feedback in game.

Now that we cleared that up, on to Thunderfury. You have the Feat of Strength for Thunderfury on this account, but don’t have Thunderfury in your transmog options for legendary 1-hand swords?

Hey Stabspencer, thanks for info, but this is one of the problem which I have with my Fears of Straight Achievements, same issue with legendary and rest of items which must been come after done achievement, but it doesn’t. If that was not a big problem, then why GM in game tell me to create a forum topic with that problem here? Too bad I can’t post a screenshot here.

Edit: Generally GM’s ask you to create an ingame bug report or head to the US bug report forums. We’ll see after you add the screenshot.
Hey there Avaxus, I believe there may have been some sort of misunderstanding in your chat with our GMs, I’ll take this opportunity to try and clarify a couple of points 
Our GMs directed you to the US Bug Report Forums (available here), which are not the same as the European Customer Support Forums that you are using right now.
Please note however that in order to post in the US Bug Report Forums you will need to have a level 10+ character in the US region.
If you do not have such character, the only other option is to use the in-game bug report feature, available through the in-game menu:
- Go to the Game Menu (Esc key by default)
- Select Support
- Select Submit feedback or bug report
- Select the Submit a bug tab and enter your report
I am sorry if this was not clarified properly with you by our GMs, but I hope the explanation above helps in clarifying the proper way to report bugs going forward

Thanks, the GM did mention he’ll send you the link. As Felranys said above it was meant to be the US bug report forums and did not specifically mention the EU CS forums when looking over the chat.
Hope you managed to send it through the ingame bug report or create a free toon at the US bug report forums by now :>
