Missing Keystone Hero Reward

Hi,

I just completed Keystone Hero for season 2 and did not receive the Earthstone reward.


In the 17th May hotfixes it says this was fixed. It seems like it’s still an issue. I remember getting the season 1 stone in the mail but I haven’t received the one for season 2 at all. It hasn’t automatically unlocked either.

Indeed we’ve got another investigation into this still happening even after the most recent attempted fix.

Also just to add, in addition to fixing the underlying issue, we’re also working to automatically grant the missing rewards to all eligible players – so there is no need to make support tickets for this.

I was a bit anxious about what might happen because one of my friends just received the Earthstone with no issues after hitting 2500 M+ score. Glad to know it’s getting fixed! :slight_smile:
