I killed Mythic Sikran just before the last weekly server reset and made a top roll for a wrist mail item, but because of the long wait of some Warrior transmog roll the item haven’t been rolled before the server reset and just gone after.
I have screens so I can attach it if needed. The customer support pointed me on this forum.
Hi Сангвигоса,
I’m sorry to hear about this, sounds like some pretty unfortunate timing
Unfortunately Customer Support wouldn’t be able to manually recover any loot, and if it wasn’t sent by the postmaster it would sadly be lost.
I hope you can still get the upgrade you were after another time!
Greetings.
Technically, it was a bug at the actual reset timing. The rolls on the item were not saved after the reset, hence noone has recieved the item, even me who rolled highest on it. This is technically a bug that loot state doesn’t persist through the weekly reset. So it’s only fair to ask for the loot recovery.
The biggest problem here is that the game didn’t assign any loot because the last guy in the raid hasn’t rolled before a weekly reset, hence it was disappeared.
Please, I ask you to look at this problem from a technical perspective and help recover the item. Will it be possible?

For it to be classified as a bug, it has to be unintended behavior. Clearing unfinished roll-states at server restarts sounds very intended. And the server-restarts are usually well known in advance.
It can still be undesired behavior.
It’s a niche issue, with a very limited impact, easily avoidable by the users. I doubt they’ll do anything with it.
Regardless, if CS points you to the forums you know it’s a dead-end when it comes to recovering the item. Just report it as a bug/suggestion in-game and forget about it, as that’s probably the best approach.
