Hello, i am missing info about maintenance or incomming realm restarts in launcher or in game character selection screen. Before expansion it was ok now nothing. Game is now offline and no info what happen, twitter BlizzardCSEU_EN also nothing do i need google now to find what happen? 
I mean ye is new expansion, restarts are expected but missing info … how long, when …

In the old days we always got a detailed explanation as to why the servers had to be shut down and we got back the playtime we had lost. Now a days there is no service in the EU, that’s the reason.
I have this same issue.
Same here. No notifications in Battle.net about any maintenance
