Some of the meta quests are missing on some characters. Like the 3 Delve one from Brann, its only visible to half of my chars. Same with the World Soul. How is that?

Made a ticket 2-3 days ago, with no reply either…
What sucks is that my other characters can take all quests, but my main for the season is seemingly already complete with the quest.
Which is funny since I didn’t even have them on Wednesday, and when I said it, friends tried sharing, with the prompts I’ve completed them…
Not sure how they break something like this…
Worldsoul has never been visible to all my characters in the same week - it seemed to rotate.
A ticket won’t do any good as it’s not something a GM could fix.
You’d do better to make a bug report ingame which will go to the right people.

As far as I’ve noticed it’s a weekly rotation by Blizzard, either way, makes 0 sense that majority of players getting 3 Weekly Meta quests, and some of us are getting only 1 Meta quest.
It’s always been 3 Weekly Meta + the event quest.
I only had the discs quest on my main this week. On the only alt I’ve played the disc quest was the only one there Wednesday, but today the worldsoul quest was available, no idea why, and it still isn’t there for my main. It isn’t a huge issue but some consistency would be nice!
Delve runs from Brann, Titan Fragments from that Earthen lady and the quest Faerin gives are available once every 2 weeks. Is it possible you are seeing the ones from last week which weren’t available this week?
