Missing Mounts and Pets on same B-net

Hello

I have on my battlenet account different wow licenses.
At this points there are 3 active.

I purchased the Shadowlands expansion on 1 account (main).
WoW B has the mount in the collection but WoW C doesn’t.

So i decided to check and see what’s going on.
At this point I’m missing 1 mount, 5 mini pets and 1 toy.

Account A (main) and B have all but account C misses everything
I just mentioned. How is this possible of they are on the same battlenet?

B + C has been upgraded to Bfa, only account A has Shadowlands.
I would have to manually check to see what Mini pets and Toy’s are missing
but I can say for certain that the shadowlands mount is missing on C but NOT on A + B.

I’m on the same class (druid) cause some mounts/toys/minipets could be
class bound so to rule that out I checked on the same classes. Both are lvl 110
fresh boosted chars since last week. Bought Shadowlands few days ago and opened the wraps on my main account but like i said WoW B has them in the collection and wow C doesn’t.

Anyone that can shed light on the subject?

Google searches only related to mounts and minipets gone
missing after char transfer between battlenets -.- so that didn’t help.

Edit:
Just saw that I also miss the Transmog set of the Virtual Ticket
on wow B + C.
Surely it can’t be the case that I need to buy 3 tickets just because I would
like the transmog set on all account (not saying I want, just would be nice if I could).

Hey there Valthonis,

I’m sorry for any frustration that you’ve experienced here, the Ensorcelled Everwyrm is of course a Blizzard Account bound mount, so should absolutely be available to all eligible characters on any World of Warcraft license on your Blizzard Account.

Please can I get you to check the account that you miss the mount on, then open the Mount Window and then check the “Filters” you have enabled. Make sure that “Collected” is ticked first, and then in the Sources ensure that “Promotions” is ticked. If you still don’t see the mount, please untick, and then retick the mentioned options, and check again.

Please also do these steps for your Battle Pets and Transmog windows, as all the promotional licenses should be available across all licenses!

If you still don’t see your items, interface modifications or old addons can cause several issues in World of Warcraft and Resetting your Interface this may help solve your issue.
