I Installed the game again and paid subscription. I haven’t played since early BoA. I missing all my main characters. All from realms Aerie Peak and Bronzebeard. I can’t even see these realms in realm list.
Could you assist with this, please.
To find the realms sort them alphabetically.

Thank you, I got almost worried already. This worked. Odd thing were after sorting I saw the Realms but there wasn’t number to show how many characters I have there but once selecting the server, my toons still exists and number next to Realm on realm list shows after this.
This was probably a visual bug that happened due to the realms being connected last summer. People reported similar stuff back then.
The number of characters is also information the game client stores locally, so if you’ve been away for some time your account cache no longer contains this information (if you reinstalled/deleted it).
