Missing NPC: Suzetta Gallina

This NPC is missing and makes it impossible to complete the quest Wine Shop Advert

I just read your message, and checked in my Stormwind banker. I’m looking right at her, standing at th back of the shop.

So she is not generally missing. Some kind of phasing maybe?

Hmm that’s weird.
on imgur add /a/t0ijvOo to check the screenshot. My char is a brand new human, I tried to do it at level 6 or so, there should be no phasing for this NPC.

The sister is right there, though.

Edit: When to Chromie to select Cata Timewalking Campaign, just to be sure, still not showing.

Level 1 Human, made an exp or two ago, but never been anywhere, never talked to Chromie.

When to Chromie to select Cata

Maybe ask Chromie to return you to Current Timeline? My banker is definitely in Current Timeline, though I have also tested Cata, and Suzetta is still there.

But if that doesn’t fix it, it doesn’t seem like a Chromie problem.

Just to be 100% sure, I made a brand new human, and made my way to the shop. Still not there: a/5MHAVDj

EDIT: Figure it out… There’s Rogue in Argent Dawn’s Stormwind all the time. They must have killed her, and she either has a very long spawn timer, or I have the weirdest luck when checking for her.
