The NPC Travard from the quest Silver Mettle seems to be phased out while the quest mark is visible in the minimap.

I’m not sure how to fix this. Please let us know how to fix this and what to expect for a paid subscription game from a small indie game studio.

Sounds like a phasing issue, and the way to fix that is to figure out what quest pulled you into a different phase, and complete it.
