Missing npc's, mobs, herbs, WQ etc. in Azure Span teritory

Hello,

I can’t see mostly of NPC’s, can’t finish any quests, no mobs, almost nothing. Can’t get in dungeon through portal, but rdf works fine. This happened few days ago, i try to unstuck my character but nothing happened and this only in Azure Span territory and only with my main, with alts don’t have this issue. Please help me.

This issue happens with my main character Kvietinis.

Same here. My main is stuck in an empty Azure Span. I suspect it is quest related. I abandoned all quests, reset UI, remove addons, rename folders etc. Nothing.
Blizzard must hot fix this asap
