I never received mine back in April last year, and till this day cant get it now any way to fix it?

So weāre currently investigating an issue where some achievements were incorrectly possible to earn outside of their active relevant seasons.
Given that itās not intended, rewards also shouldnāt be delivered, and will similarly not be provided by support.
As always, if you think something else isnāt working as it should, please send a bug report.
Thank you for your response. However ,the achievement in question was never mentioned to be removed. Throughout the entire Dragonflight expansion, the achievements were earnable, and everyone in my group received the corresponding item.
As a test, I also defeated Raszageth on Mythic difficulty to check if I would receive any reward, and to my surprise, I was granted both the achievement and the item.
Iāve already reached out to support three times: the first GM seemed confused and thought I was referring to the Mythic+ achievement (2500 score), the second GM stated they couldnāt assist, and the third GM advised me to file a report.
Given that the game allowed me to earn the achievement, and I spent gametime to complete it, Iām wondering what else needs to be investigated. I would greatly appreciate any further assistance in resolving this matter.
The issue is that some people are getting the Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone and some are not. I have killed Sarkareth mythic the previous week, received the achievement but did not get the item. Today i have killed Sarkareth once more and people in the raid received the item. On the other hand i have killed Razsageth mythic and received the stone and got the appearance, so what gives?

āAll my attempts to reach out to support have been incredibly frustrating. Two out of the three GMs seemed completely clueless about what I was asking, and their responses felt like automated replies. My question is: does āGMā even stand for anything anymore? If the roles were reversed, Iām sure the items would have been removed from my account by now. Everything about this company feels like mediocrity at the moment.ā

Dont think gms exists in the game anymore. Last time i saw one in real āfleshā was during tbc.

GMās no longer go physically āin-gameā, thats true. But they still exist.
