I was inactive from the launch of Classic Wow till now, and my character from back then is missing. It was “Krasilevski” on Ashbringer PVP EU Realm 40 lvl. I deleted the battle.net cache after refreshing character selection screen but without any success. Can you look into it?
Have you tried creating another character on that realm. This often refreshes the list.
Yes. I logged off and logged in, no changes.
There are two versions of Classic atm.
The first time you log in you should be given a choice where you want to play.
You can either stick to Classic Era, or carry on with TBC Classic. There is a cloning service for a cost to keep a copy in both Classic and TBC Classic where you essentially clone your character.
I’m sorry if you’ve tried all these steps already, just trying to work through the possibilities I can think of

First I downloaded the TBC client and there were no characters. Then I downloaded the Classic client once again and when I logged in it was also empty, without any characters. They show up here when I post in the forums but not in game. And still no characters show up when I log in, only the ones that are newly created

If you manage to fix anything in the mean time you can always cancel it again. Or if any other response suggests something that works for you.
I submitted a ticket under Character Delete, because there was no other option that was close to the given case. Hopefully we can resolve it.

That is not the same thing, MAKE a new character.
Also try looking at the item restoration to see your characters.

Yes I made a new character, not one for that matter. Sorry that I did not clarify that. It was without any success. In the item restoration panel it shows up the character but yeah thats it, I cannot see the character in game.
Stupid question, but you are sure you are logged into the right realm, it may have changed on you, and you’ve not noticed.
Make sure you are logged into the TBC version not the Classic-era version. There should be a TBC logo in the top left. Oh and make sure there isn’t a tickbox at the bottom right. If it’s there you are in Classic-era.
It could also be that you’ve got more than one WoW account on your Battlenet and the characters are on there 
Remember, if you want to check your Classic characters, you’ll need to add some gametime.
I would assume since they said they have logged in that they have gametime.
I also assumed they added gametime to the correct account. It’s a pity the the recovery system doesn’t say which account the character is on.
