I created a level 110 class trail monk, traveled to Dalaran and picked up the Monk Order Hall quest from the NPC. I then applied a level 120 character boost and it cleared my quest log. I traveled back to Dalaran and the quest is no longer available, the NPC does not appear. I closed the game, cleared the cache folder, logged back in and the NPC and quest is still missing. Can you please reset the quest or enable it for the monk character?

What probably happened is that you completed the first quest that you got in Dalaran, and not the next ones. So what you need to do is go to where that quest sent you in the first place. I would recommend you try going to the Peak of Serenity and see what’s there 
I did, but there is no quest there. I even changed to the old time line but still no quest. I logged a ticket, but hoped someone here would know a DIY shortcut.
On another note. I posted this same post on the Technical Support Forum and got trolled by some idiot. Is there a way to report him because he is making a mockery of real support people like you.

The posts you are referring to were in this thread. I’ve already taken care of that, but you can report posts if you see anything similar in the future with the small buttons under it.
Regarding the quests, I took a quick look at the questline, and there’s no quest in the Peak of Serenity. The quest starts in Dalaran, and it sends you through the whole scenario in the Peak of Serenity, with no aditional quests until you finish your tasks there, so if you didn’t unlock the order hall during the trial, the quest should indeed be in Dalaran.
Make sure you activate the option for trivial quest, which you will find in the magnifying glass in the minimap and take a walk around the city in the Broken Shore. Someone should call for you sooner or later.
Thanks a lot. I have turned it on and the monk is patiently camping in Dalaran. I just hope that the dev team can get that get that Panda NPC reset for me. The Order Hall campaign is the whole reason I made this monk to get that that Ban-Fu battle pet.
I need someone with nothing to do and in a mood to help me to try and fix this problem.
