Let’s all make a pact that if anyone of us lucky/unlucky druids and hunters somehow manage to get the items they’ll say it here on the forums :smiley:

I will update here as / when I receive the items that we are sadly missing.

Beginning to think however that we are the unlucky few who received our glorious mount first week of patch 11.1.5.

They updated the title in the fix post but still nothing for me :frowning:

That is exactly my problem, how much of a … problem would it be to just grant us those items after seeing we have the mount in our collection. With a chance of around 0.05 percent chance of getting this mount there CAN NOT be more than 20-30 people that was affected by this bug. Just grant us those items so we do not whine about it on reddit and forums. I was soooo hyped I got the mount, so hyped, and now I am so pissed the happines is just gone and I am just simply pissed. Building an alt army, killing Fyrak for months week after week for the sole purpose of using it as druid form and then this.

Everyday for last 7-8 days im checking forum to see if its fix all my tickets 0 help i really lost all motivation to play after this week… I made an army of aprox 40 80s just to farm fyrakk now i have mount but missing the core items i wanted the most druid flight form and hunter pets i really concidering unsubbing soon 3 days no updates on forum from an blue post… the support “fix” they just updated it with new title but not a new fix i dont get it how hard is it to just mail out the items for us who learned mount on patch week this is 2025 should not be so hard…

I absolutely get what you mean, from other peoples perspective it might be childish, but if it is not fixed now when multiple people have the same problem I worry it will be a long run and eventually we might not get a fix ever when I look at supports responses. I also lost the motivation to play(pay) tbh. First ticket I made, the support AI “GM” told me something like “Just use the mount and f off”, well my mate, the main motivation to farm this mount was for the druid form.

At the point now where I have lost a LOT of faith in Blizzard.
Why so difficult to reward our accounts with the items that are missing ?
I wholeheartedly agree with everyone’s frustration with this situation, this is not just a minor bug, but one which has actually wasted hundreds of our player hours pursuing this mount, not acceptable in the slightest imho.

I dont get it almost 4 days since blue posted something about this made an ticket again and he linked me rules to communicate with GMs they didnt like i ask for help about this 1 of my tickets they didnt even read they just said use the mount ingame like what did i just say i tried that 1000 times nothing working lol

i did some quick math it took me around 200h of doing fyrakk skip and another aprox 150hours of tw to make my alt army for fyrakk 350-400 hour i put into this to get my druid form and pet tame and they really be ignoring us on forums for days with 0 updates with whats happening

It depends who you ask, and how lucky you get. I was told over and over again that they couldn’t give back my missing tabard when I made GM tickets and asked on the forums. I posted in the customer service section of the forum, got a reply from CS, and logged in and a GM had mailed me the missing tabard. :woman_shrugging:

I have now made 9 GM tickets basically hoping for a helpful result.

I remember back when my account was hacked in 2012 all my items were restored by a G.M almost immediately.

It seems those days are sadly gone.

And unfortunately I used up all of my luck by looting the Reins of Anu’relos on the 23rd of April so I have none left for a useful GM response :laughing: !

Yep. In MoP I stupidly abandoned my Loque’nahak pet, and the GM literally give me it back lol.

Their customer service was absoutely outstanding back in ye olde days. These days it’s sadly automated replies for the most part.

At least you got the mount for now though! Probably my favourite mount in the entire game.

I got mine on 26 april was the best day finnaly getting favourite mount and all happiness gone when i didnt recieve the rest :smiley:
