So… after many tickets filed, and bug reports sent. I am still missing my 1st Catalyst charge. The one that EVERYONE gets at the start of the season, I have never had mine. I have since reached 2k mythic rating and received my voidsplinter for that achievement, which puts me at 1 charge; but still missing the 2nd.
Anyone else had this issue or just me? Blizzard Customer Service claim that they cannot do anything, and keep referring me to just do a UI refresh… which as pointless as it probably is, I have done it to no avail.
So now I’m behind everyone else, with 2 Hero Track pieces in my bags waiting to be catalysed, but not the same amount of charges as everyone else has had
