I’m a level 18 worgen druid and I’m wondering when, and where, I can get the worgen-specific skill and abilities, namely Darkflight, Two Forms and Running Wild.
Any advice would be welcome.

Not sure but in the spell book there is a tab specifically for your racial abilities etc, usually it should show you there.

Like Chartic have said, you can see future abilities in spell book, they are greyed but tool-tip will pop when you hoover cursor over them.

Specifically, they are in the [General tab of your Spellbook, not the spec pages with most of your spells.

In addition, they should get added to your bars automatically when you make a new toon.
Same for the first few spells, until level 10 (might be still the case later on) every unlocked spell will appear on the bars right away.
