ive only gotten 1 , im literally unable to get more , i know its once a week. I done all the quests that ppl say to do but its litearlly bugged. Whats going on ?
Update : i have recieved a spark of dreams early on ( i cant remember if i assembled it from 2 splinters ) but so far ive gotten 1 spark of dreams and i only have 1 splintered spark of dreams. Is that why i havent gotten anything in the past 3 resets or so ?
Im having the same issue. All my sparks are gone from my bags including last seasons

turns out it had moved itself to my reagent bag in my bank.
There has only been 2 resets since the patch dropped. You say you have a spark and a splinter, thats 3 splinters total since patch launch. Since you get a splinter per week from the weekly, that sounds about right.
Then how come ppls already have 2 crafed items?
Splinters can drop from raid bosses
that bothers me too. i did " A Worthy Ally: Dream Wardens" and " Proving Solo" and i only got 1 splintered spark of Dreams.
Where did the ppl with 2 Dream crafted Items get their sparks from?
We got two splinters week 1
We got one splinter last week
We got one splinter this week.
So I’ve had two sparks so far.
There is a quest in central camp in the emerald dream, where you trade 1 spark and get an additional one. Thank me later. That’s the last spark lots of people are missing.
I did that last week…
So no option for me
