Could you like, explain in more words what your problem is?
If you had prior characters it may be so that you’re logging into the wrong BNET/Game license. Recheck again also under the BNET client dropdown.
If you’ve recently added Midnight, it may take awhile before you get the character boost. It may appear on top of the characters list with a small circled token.
