I recently wanted to transfer all the timewarped badges on all my characters to one character. I successfully transferred some from one or two of them and left it at that for a week or two. Today I’ve tried to continue with all the rest but there were none available. I thought maybe I needed to log in with the characters to get them to show up but every character I’ve tried has zero badges. I know for sure that some of those characters had over a thousand badges and the rest all had at least a hundred or two. Is this a known bug and is there a fix coming?

The silence on this issue with badges going missing, and guild bank gold being gone, is … insulting, to say the least.
Unfortunately CS can’t fix bugs, that requires a Dev. For the EU we report bugs in game, or you can set up a US starter account on your existing Bnet to post on the US bug report forum.
It seems this is a known issue at present.
Timewarped badges on deleted character
If you have Timewarped Badges on a deleted character, you can restore the Badges by undeleting the character using the Character Undelete feature.
Currency Disappears with Warband Transfer
We have received some reports that currency transfers are resulting in complete loss of currency and are investigating it. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
