Heyo, just making a post here because I couldn’t do it in the bug report link that was provided to me, and I’m hoping to receive some help here.
I had made a ticket in retail WoW about 100 Trader’s Tender that was missing from my account, as well as two items from the Trading Post that I had bought, namely: Feathered Drape of the Guardian, and the Savage Champion’s Aggression (Inc. Sword, Shield, & Greatsword). I was in contact with two GMs, namely GM Bestriazzr, and GM Taiormmos, and was guided to make a post on the forums by the latter GM about my issue in hopes to resolving it. The link that was provided brought me to the Support > Bug Report, but my characters were not showing up and I was thus not able to make a post there, even after following other guides that might fix the issue on that end about characters not appearing for me to make a post.
I’m hoping I can get some sort of resolution here in Customer Support after following up what guides I can and checking other posts on similar issues, and have concluded it definitely is not a visual bug, or at least I believe it not to be.
I have checked my Virtual wallet, and it remains at 560, but it should be 660. My transaction history shows no purchases of either of the two items that I most certainly DID purchase, as it took the Tender from my account regardless. The transaction history also does not show that I had purchased the Hand of Reshkigaal mount from the Trading Post this month or the Feathered Cowl of the Guardian that I had purchased this month either. Those two items were processed and took the Tender needed, but the two prior items mentioned were charged from my account but I had not received either.
I have no problem with being told that the issue cannot be resolved, but I’d rather be given an answer on whether or not this can be remedied, and if it’s just going to be just one of those unfortunate things, I’ll just purchase the two items again when I have enough Trader’s Tender for both.
