EDIT - I got a response to a ticket quickly, but it was a broken URL to the generic technical troubleshooting page, and that was it not helpful at all

This can happen if you’re for some reason unable to connect to the service that tracks your tender balance, and I’m glad you were able to confirm the correct amount in your wallet.
In most cases just relogging or checking back later it will resolve on it’s own, but if you continue to see 0 balance in-game there may be something interfering with the connection and you can try the troubleshooting steps from here:
