Anyone lacking the mount from the trading post, if you open up your mounts list, you may notice that it isnt even on the list at all, this is because for some reason some of the players when getting the update where missing some of the files, to solve this issue just do a scan and repair, it will download the files your missing and when logging back in you will get your rewards, both mount and tenders if you are missing either or both. This fix so far has worked 100% of the time for people i have told, hopefully Blizzard spot it as it kind of fixes their issue for them, they could even just add to their next update the missing files, that way those who are missing them will get them, issue resolved.
