Recently i’ve been having a problem. Today, i did a Sarkareth normal and i dropped the staff. When i went to upgrade it, the Transmog of the Heroic version was added. I went to transmog the Normal color of the staff, but i couldn’t. I tryed relogging, but the Transmog’s gone. Any help?
this happends with other gear i drop too.
This is unfortunately bit poor design, but as far I know “working as intended”.
When you get the item it gives the timer during which you can trade the item away and trading away loses the transmog, but if you equip it the timer is cleared and you learn the transmog permamently.
Unfortunately the timer is not cleared before the actual upgrade happens so the game thinks you lost the item before timer ended so it removes the transmog.
To avoid this you need to equip the item first before upgrading.
