Missing Twitch Drop - Blazing Hippogryph

have done all of the above. Nothing in my inventory.

Waited 48+h
Watched the 4h.
linked on both ends. even tried unlinking and relinking.
i have gotten stuff previously. its only the hippogryph that is buggered

Same here. I havenā€™t received my Blazing Hippo.
Itā€™s already been 2 days ago that I watched the 4hours.
It is linked because I got all the other things but not the Hippo :frowning:

Hey, I have not received the Blazing Hippogryph Twitch drop.

  • I can confirm my Twitch and Battlenet accounts are correctly linked on the management page.
  • I can confirm I have watched the necessary hours and claimed the Blazing Hippogryph.
  • I can confirm all previous Twitch rewards were successfully claimed and obtained.
  • I can confirm I have waited 48+ hours.

No Twitch mount drop for me, itā€™s 48 hours now.

My Twitch and BNet accounts are linked; i have received the Ethereal Portal reward without issue.

I have watched well over the required number of hours for the Blazing Hippogryph reward.

I have been able to ā€˜Claimā€™ the Blazing Hippogryph reward.

I have waited over 48 hours, i believe that iā€™m at around 60 hours since i ā€˜Claimedā€™ the Blazing Hippogryph reward.

Despite all of the above, i am yet to receive the Blazing Hippogryph reward. I have obviously logged out, back in etc many times over the 60 or so hours since meeting the criteria.

Has anyone had this issue resolved by Blizzard yet? or are they just burning time until the 17th when theyā€™ll tell us that thereā€™s nothing they can do about it.

Resolved for me.

Just logged in 22:45 Spanish time and the unwrapped gift was there,finally!!!

Resolved for me as well. Just got in now while I was logged on a character. Achievment popped and it was wrapped in my collection. Donā€™t know if it was because of this post or would have gotten it anyway with a delay.
Took around 50-55 hours since I claimed on twitch.

Good news for me as well. Just logged in and received it, itā€™s been 49 hours since I claimed it on Twitch. I hope everyone will get theirs soon!

I just got mine too, almost 48 hours after finishing the viewing.

Looks like the fix is starting to work.

Just logged in for the first time today and it was in my collection. Right now is about 58 hours since I claimed it but since I didnā€™t log in earlier it might have been there for all I know. Iā€™m all good now!!

After almost reaching the 72 hour mark, I can confirm Iā€™ve now received the mount in-game.

I can confirm the underlying issue was resolved, and rewards delivered to eligible players.

If anyone is still missing the mount, it would most likely be due to a problem with the link as mentioned in previous posts.

Unlink and relink your blizzard account. Thatā€™s if itā€™s available in your country.
