I have received all other twitch drops, including the cenarion hatchling pet. I have received it in twitch and my accounts are linked, but it is just not showing up in-game.
I have the same problem, all the other drops I got within seconds
Claimed mine 5 days ago. Still waiting…
Had no problems with the feldrake, that only took a few hours to arrive.
+1 Claim the pet no worries,
Claim the mount and… nothing.

Srs guys this is getting ridiculous 48 hours still nothing no mount got the rest blizz are better off not doing twitch drops if they cant do it properly

Mine worked perfectly and I got it in less than a minute.
I’d suggest opening a ticket.
Will try to wait for today if i still dont have it i definitely will open a ticket and update you guys whats going on
I just got the whistle and it appeared as soon as I claimed it, while I was logged in.
Make sure your battle.net account is still connected, just in case.
Thats the thing i got mine claimed as sooon as i got it did the reconnnect to twitch to be sure too nothing im reading a lot of players that didnt even do the twitch drop watching and get the mount and even players sending tickets to be automatically responded and closed 
Well guys i have opened a ticket and well its a hole in the water i got a longer version of the article that already exists and i am giving up i am not going to do twich drops anymore what a bugged mess was so close to return and play the game but yeah left me with a sour taste in my mouth thanks blizz😑
Adding my own situation to this: I got all the other drops (Kite, Feldrake, Hatchling, Firework) instantly upon logging in. It’s just the Windsteed I’m missing.
Since I got all the others, it’s unlikely to be an error on my end. Hopefully this will be resolved satisfactorily.
I have the same problem but I did not receive Cenarion Hatchling Pet instead.
I did receive:
Dragon Kite Pet
Feldrake Mount
Perpetual Purple Firework
I did not receive Cenarion Hatchling Pet, maybe that is because I already own Swift Windsteed Mount and they where linked at the same time to drop from twitch? .
I already made a ticket about this and the reply I got was:

Its not gonna help mate i opened a ticket as well got the same auto response crap you had about relinking your twitch changing password even buy something yeah… gm’s and tickets are worthless nowadays hell its almost even impossible to open a ticket whitout doing a labyrinth the only way left is to wait and hope one day that it appears or just give up😑

The reason for that is that they have a 3rd company doing this kinda jobs and not themself, I provided screenshots and everything and all the gm did was to give me a lesson how to link my accounts even tho I gave him screenshots over that all of that is sorted, it’s very sad
Same my friend send them almost a album of screenshots they didnt even take a lòok probably saw the ticket and wete like oh copy paste voila send and here you go your giant middlefinger is served
Blizzard do not, never have and never will accept player submitted screenshots as proof of anything, because some players are really talented graphical artists.
The. They should not include the option to add screenshots as proof simple as that even if they dont accept screenshots they can 100% see in the system of your account what twitch accounts were linked and stuff and see something aint right and ivestigate the problem cause i am not the only one complaining in the forum about it if check the us forums its exactly the same as here and i am confident enough to say the other language forums have the same thing
The option to add files is to help certain troubleshooting problems they’re allowed to assist with.
I’ve received the feldrake and the firework, I have not received the pet. I already owned the steed. It has been over a week and still nothing.

The root issue for not receiving Twitch Drops is still under investigation, however please make sure that:
- You have attached your Twitch account, from the Battle.net website (and not the other way around). If you haven’t done so, you should have up to 7 days to do so after claiming a reward.
- You have claimed the Drop on Twitch’s side and that you’ve claimed a previous Drop before starting the next one.
- You have waited 24 to 48 hours after claiming the Drop: several players in this thread received their reward(s) after posting here.
You can post the following information if the issue persists:
- Name of the Twitch Drop not received
- Confirm that you have claimed said Drop on Twitch
- Confirm that your Twitch account is linked on your Battle.net account management page
- Confirm that you have waited 24-48 hours
You can also find more information if you haven’t receive the Drop on Twitch (i.e. there’s nothing to claim in your inventory).
Finally, please note that Game masters cannot grant Twitch Drops via tickets. Our developers are however still investigating the issue, and fixing broken claims / rewards on their end.
