I think this vendor is missing?

Can this be put in ASAP as Iā€™m constantly going over cap with nothing to spend on.

The option for JP ā†’ Honor seems to be missing. The General Goods JP ā†’ Honor vendor is there, but the option to transfer JP to Honor is not available on the vendor.

Please fix, Blizzard.

+1, both Rogoc (HP ā†’ JP) and Togar (JP ā†’ HP) are missing exchange options.
Any news on this?
