When I go to my In Game Shop Menu, I am not given the option to buy Wow tokens. Some one shared a screen of their in game shop. It shows tokens between bundles and mounts. I have nothing between the two. How do I fix the problem?
In November, Blizzard changed who can and cannot purchase a token.
Blizzard has announced that players will no longer be allowed to purchase a WoW Token from the Auction House for gold or the the store for money, if they have not spent real money to purchase and consume at least 30 days of game time since 2017.
So basically, you need to have purchased either gametime or a subscription with real money, not tokens, AND you have to have played using that gametime for at least 30 days.
