I too am impacted by this issue.
One of the add packs in the maze is missing - this prevents the “door” from opening causing the key run to fail un fairly depleting the key.
EDIT: It appears to be 1 specific add pack - if you get a route through the maze that avoids that pack there’s no issues but if you get unlucky it bricks the run entirely.
Same issue, had to deplete two +10 keys because of this.
