Do they have to specific characters or is just a race fine?
If “yes” I would crossbreed an Oger with a Gnome just to see what comes out of it.

Someone did and edit of an Ogre with a Gnomes head on that thread, so I guess the answer is yes!

Well Blizzard made that Zandalari/Kul Tiran hybrid, the Bloodhunter Warmother, still waiting for those to become an allied race.
