outlaw is not f tier i dont think so.Ele is also not that bad

Each 1% on this table shoud roughly translate that amount of necessary nerf or buff until participation numbers equalise.

3,4 % participation of each spec is exactly where game need to be.

Why some specs have high participation?

Like swarm flies come on p00p thats how people swarm to play whats OP, its not truth that people play those specs because its Fun, evrything in this game is Fun, its because Wining screen is fun, deny them from undeserved wining screens than ask them if is it fun….
