Hey guys I would like an MMO mouse like Razer Naga or something but i think having 10 buttons on the side isn’t good. A friend of mine also tried it and he said he couldn’t press them. I have big hands and fat fingers
From what I’ve seen most of them have too many buttons on the side which would be hard for me to press them since the spacing is very little.
But is there any mouse with only 4-5 buttons with big spacing? (on the side)
personally, I’m using logitech G402.
But i also heard really good reviews about G502. It’s a really good one for a reasonable price range. Check it out.
Razer naga Trinity, has option to change it to moba style it has only 6 buttons
I use Logitech G502 Lightspeed and for me it’s amazing. It has 2 side buttons that are very confy to use and I also use middle scroll click assigned to skills as well.
Technically it has 2 more buttons for DPI UP and DOWN but I don’t think they can be binded to the key(well since I don’t need more binds atm I haven’t even tried that hard honestly)
Before I used G502 with with cord. I can’t strech how good G502 is at least for me. One of the best mouses out there.
I have the g502 but not using it. Maybe i’ll try it thanks!
This is the mouse I use, notice the raised area for your ring finger. I have large hands too and long fingers.
I think they’re referred to as MOBA mice? I know the Naga Trinity has the option of attaching one, but I wouldn’t recommend Razer mice as they’re known for double-click issues and many people report they’re constantly in a cycle of RMAing their products.
Same here but G602 has 3 positions with 2 keys each, 1 up one down. Its very easy for me to just move in 3 positions front middle back and then use upper or lower key.
Although having 6 keys on side and 2 on top near left click seems not enough for SL right now, too many keybinds for me. You may wanna re-thing about he only 4-5 keys depending the spec you play or maybe will play in future.
Razer naga seems good from what i saw… thanks guys
G502 is the greatest mouse to exist.
Been using it for years.
i had g502 proteus core and switched to Razer Deathadder elite. My gameplay became better in FPS games. Trust me. And i hate Razer
I’m considering Deathadder V2 but I was also looking for something with around 4 buttons on the side, and it has only 2 like my current one. No razer nagas in my areas unfortunately, and I really dislike how G502 looks but seems like it’s the only option.
I use a Steelseries Rival 500
HyperX Pulsefire Raid.
5 side buttons. Light. Good shape, so not forced into a grip style you’re not comfortable with.
I’ve used the Naga (OG / 2014 / Trinity), Logitech g502 / g600, Corsair Scimitar, Model D in the past but imo I’ve found the perfect mouse in the Raid.
Go to stores and try what feels best for your hand. I had G502 hero and it felt good in my hand, but i lost my trust to this product. In 1 year 3 mices and everyone had double click issues. I now gave Razer a try. I was going to corsair, but didn’t find it in local store. What i found was dealers messed up prices and got Razer naga pro 49€ price.
Those dpi buttons can also be binded.
I would certainly recommend Corsair mice over Razer, better software and better build quality for generally less money. The Corsair Dark Core might suite you. The Logitech G604 also looks up your street and is well respected, though I own it’s predecessor and it’s stuck in a drawer because I don’t like the button layout, personal taste…
The 10-button mice take some getting used to, but wouldn’t play WOW without now. Don’t use keybinds anymore, macro everything into my mouse, but I’m using one from a ‘premium’ Chinese brand called Red Dragon. The buttons are slanted at a slightly different angle than other brands I’ve tried and I find it far more comfortable to use. Less than half the price than the likes of Corsair, but been using it intensely for 6 months now and still feels like new without issues.
Using a G600 myself and fear replacing it
