Mob density in Classic vs retail

You can run through entire zones on the ground without pulling a single mob due to proper spacing. Meanwhile in retail if I walk a few steps in any direction I get 20 mobs on me. I hope they lower mob density by a lot in Shadowlands. It also makes the zones more enjoyable when you’re not constantly being piled on.

I dont get mobs on me all the time (or I should say didn’t). You’re just doing it wrong.

Just fly over it like a real retail player.

If they lower the mob density then we won’t need flying anymore.

Can’t until you get Pathfinder. Can’t get pathfinder until you’ve put up with mob density for half of Shadowlands.

Mobs in classic have really bad eyesight.

That’s fine, makes farming so much easier

Can’t stand farming most cata or older content with it’s “one mob every 30m” design…

Oh yeah, the devs have been going out of their way to make players as slow and miserable as possible since they introduced Pathfinder.

Minefields of mobs that are impossible to navigate through, mobs with some kind of frost spell or channeled mind-flay slow that reaches into eternity, instant dazing/dismounting, rough terrain etc.

Then when you DO get flying. Guess what? Anti-air mobs and speed debuffs that last for several minutes for simply being near them. Or how about some annoying air patrols that will dismount you after x amount of stacks?

Absolute anti-player cancer.

P.S: Flying wasn’t a problem until Blizzard made it one.

I guess you’re not very good at exploring high level areas as a low level in Classic then if you get mobbed in BFA.

About time they learnt some social distancing isnt it
