There used to be, but not anymore sadly, because people were emailing about things that were not within the support remit or because they did not like the answer given them by a GM, and clogging up the system.
If this is true, from what I remember about similar cases in the past, that only happens when you have already made multiple tickets and gotten answers to them, and they have told you to stop ticketing about the same issue because their answer will not change. At that point, any further tickets about it are automatically deleted from the system.
The best advice I can give you is to wait and see if a Blue replies.
I was going to suggest you try a different browser, but wait and see what happens to the current one.
