As someone that changes Mog every 2h, I waste like 8K a day just by changing ropes…

Why not make it an earnable perk when we get to see more of the ethereals again. Give it a little bit of story flavor why the ethereals now do it for free because you helped them.
And why not do the same with barbers, let them charge you gold but help them with their troubles trough some flavor quests so they will cut you for free

transmog costs aren’t even that high so it’s not really much of a gold sink, I don’t buy their gold sink excuse for a second.
And regardless when you have the existence of the WoW Token, it matter even less.
So yes, remove the costs for transmog completely.

These high transmogrification costs primarily impact players who typically have between 5k and 50k gold. But are they really the ones these ‘gold sinks’ are meant for?
This approach barely touches those sitting on millions of gold. It’s similar to taxing the lower-income groups in society, while the wealthy remain unaffected. A more effective solution would be to introduce dynamic costs that scale with how much gold a player has—now that would be a real gold sink!

When I was trying to get the gold together for the brutosaur, a friend refused to quest with me until I mogged. He gave me the gold to put something on 
I don’t mog while levelling either cos the gear changes too much too often.
Atm most have a mog. And I very much love that all the alts I did in Remix can mog for free.

I guess it will only make sense on the role play servers. Not so much on normal ones. If someone wants to mog every hour or every dungeon it really sound like a him problem. In role play environment I can understand it.
I agree mog should be free theres repairs that takes up all my gold sometimes unfair costs.
They could add in a mount to add a haircut and mog together even.
When or if they make it free.
