I understand, but that makes it even better. If there are over 2K people in the channel, and it isn’t counting those who have left then the server is even more populated.
by all means, i always leaves /4 when starting a new char, but they are there,
atm, i like the vibe on horde side, new char new chance

u dont have to leave those channels, just “hide” them in the chat options so u dont see spam on ur chat tabs
They seem very much so indeed. Server population hasn’t seemed bad so far, makes me laugh that people are using the Ironforge website as an indicator as to the server being dead, which hasn’t been updated since 31st August, day of launch of the pre-patch, but as I said in my post, I saw at least 20+ people in Durotar starting area, and when I got to Orgrimmar to see if the city was barren or not, there was at least 100+ people within the city.
Its been chill so far.

Population of the server says “High” when I check in the actual wow client so I don’t know what you mean.

I made a level 1 Orc to check Mograine out and there were alot of people that just transferred and talking in the chat about it. Seemed active.
Yes but you might still be a member of the chat channel unless you never joined or removed yourself from it.
So how is the Population now 30% Ally/ 70% Horde?
Not far off that and seems like more Ally is joining every day, and if we are lucky we have a 40/60 server in no time.
Would be nice if ALL Horde players would play nice vs. the Ally already joined, so they got a nice experience and told others about this awesome server.

Well, I have not been ganked yet so that is a plus…trying to transfer chars from Sulfuron but for some reason, unable to do so…have opened a ticket but goodness knows when that will be answered.
I checked last night with the LookingForGroup chat channel method, 4450 Horde online. So this seems fairly accurate.
For all Alliance Players out there who are asking how the Population is on mograine Alliance side, i Transfered from Firemaw yesterday and mograine is absolutely fine! Every lvl you can find some dungeon Groups and World PvP is active to. Everyday there are More Alliance Players who are joining!
I hope the Server stays so stable like it is now!
So peak hours are 7k already which isnt far off firemaw atm.
Even if we transfered there we would be stuck with the same overcrowded lagshow but now we can get farmed by a 20/80 ratio.

Is free transfer for horde gehennas still available aswell?
This is a scam for alliance and will quite obviously result in half-forced paid transfers back to other servers when the tourists leave

Can you explain me how did you check how many players were on LFG?
Mograine was low pop last week. Today it is listed as “Full”.
Players that want to escape the lag and the queues are arriving on a daily basis.

So wild suggestion: People in Thekal queue go to Mograine. It is ALMOST a fresh server 
well then. rip all the good-willed alliance players that get scammed into paid transfers in 3 months.
